  • Discuss Your Needs – Complete a Buyers Questionnaire
    Buyers feedback is crucial in helping to discover the home that you are seeking. Based on current market inventory, this information will be useful in helping client find the house that best matches their search criteria.
  • Hire Realtor
    Realtor discusses roles, clarifies client expectations, and provides an overview of the process.
  • Get A Loan Pre-Approval
    Client has a better idea of the home they want when they know how much house they can afford. When you get a loan pre-approval – you have greater confidence knowing that when you make an offer you are more likely to obtain financing.
  • Shop For A Home
    Realtor will review Buyers Questionnaire and communicate with Client the strategy to find the house that best matches clients search criteria and price. Realtor will create a curated list and provide to Client to determine the houses they wish to tour.
  • Submit An Offer
    Realtor will discuss strategy with Client to submit their best offer based on current market conditions.
  • Get A Home Inspection
    Once offer is accepted, Client has a contractual number of days to get home inspected and following results to determine if home is a good fit.
  • Bank (Lender) Appraisal
    A home appraisal is an objective estimate of the fair market value of what a home is worth.
  • Get Homeowners Insurance
    Required by lenders to cover destruction and damage to a residence’s interior and exterior, the loss of theft of possessions, and personal liability for harm to others.
  • Close on Your Home
    The final step in executing a real estate transaction is when ownership of the property is transferred to the buyer.
